1962813 - Determination of the Purchasing Group attribute when creating a Shopping Cart

Symptom

It is required to set up a default Purchasing Group attribute during the Shopping Cart creation, so user does not have to maintain it each time creating a new document. It was tried to use attribute access by Role for "Purchasing Group" attribute however it is not working.
