1962909 - RSL Error #2036 observed when opening the Monitoring page with HTTPS/SSL enabled

Symptom

  • Monitoring flash plugin does not open when launching the Monitoring page from the Central Management Console (CMC).
  • Detailed error: "RSL Error 1 of 2"" and at the bottom of the page "Error #2306".
  • This is noticed in IE8 or above ONLY when SSL is enabled.
  • This error is not observed in Firefox.
