Symptom

  • When you create a purchase order referred to a CCM (Central Contract Management), it is not clear if the pricing will be made in SRM or in ERP.
  • It can occur that when you create the PO, the conditions are taken from ERP, but when you click "save", all conditions are deleted, except the ones manually added or changed, and are replaced by the conditions from SRM.
