1963970 - Excel Add-In launch options are not available from the BPC web portal - BPC MS

Symptom

  • When a client browser navigates to the default BPC web page (e.g. http://localhost/sap/bpc/web) then the available links in the Launch bar include the option "Install EPM Add-In for Microsoft Office".

  • If the link is clicked then the 'Install' link is greyed out, and the following message appears:

"The EPM add-in for Microsoft Office is not available for download on this server. Please contact your system administrator."
