1964814 - SCC throws a 'login failed' error when connecting to EIS backend connection to ASE and the password is blank


Customer create a connection to the ASE server using the sa account
with a blank password. In SUP Workspace the connection works correctly.

After deploying the project to  SUP  go in to SCC and the
same connection fails to connect with login failed.
