SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1964914 - [SAP IQ] Utility_db failed to start due to "Resource temporarily unavailable" error.

Symptom

When I try to start a utility_db in order to create a new database on Linux(Redhat), but utility_db fails to start due to below error in IQ16.
