CREATE USER or ALTER USER statements should be used instead of sp_iqaddlogin or sp_iqpassword.
For backward compatibility, sp_iqaddlogin or sp_iqpassword are still supported.
But you should use CREATE USER to create new users, use ALTER USER to change password.
