1965242 - How to delete a Not-Published Version of a Form Template

You want to delete a Not-Published Version of a Form Template but you don't know how to do that

1. Go to Application and User Management and select Form Template Maintenance view.
2. Select the Not-Published form template variant that you want to delete.
3. The Delete button is disabled.

As per help document Form Template Maintenance Quick Guide, to delete a Not-Published Form Template you have to follow the steps below

1.  In the Form Template Maintenance view, select the form template variant and click on button Versions.
2.  In the Versions dialog box, select the current not-published version of the template and click on Delete.

Note that when you delete a not-published version of a template your changes will be lost and cannot be reinstated.
