1965325 - Price List is missing from the system

You are searching for a Price List or a Discount List in your system, however you are not able to find it.

SAP Business ByDesign

We are using Price Lists in our example:

1. Go to the Product and Service Portfolio work center.
2. Select the Price Lists subview under the Pricing view
3. Search for the list ABC (ABC represents the name of the price list).
4. No records are found

The Price List search filters contain pre determined Valid From and Valid To dates, these dates do not match with the validity of the missing Price List.

You need to use the Advanced search in order to find the missing price list.

1. Go to Product and Service Portfolio Work Center
2. Go to Price Lists subview, under Pricing view
3. Select the Advanced search
4. Clear the fields Valid From and Valid To
5. Enter the name of the list
6. Press Go
7. The price list will be displayed
