- During an upgrade, in KX_SWITCH phase, the Software Update Manager (SUM)GUI throws a message : "SL Controller down".
- The SL controller is killed abruptly at operating system level.
- Restart of SL controller and GUI allowes reconnection, but repeating the phase results in the same error message and the abrupt killing of SL controller.
