1965854 - ELSTER VAT scenario: PI fails since January 2014

The UStVA ELSTER scenario doesn't run successfully. One of the following errors can be observed in Communication Channel Monitoring tool regarding the SOAP receiver channels of the ELSTER VAT scenario:

• Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
• Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out
