1965981 - Logon to BI Launchpad is intermittently slow

Symptom

  • It was observed via a monitoring probe that periodically logons are taking around 30 seconds when the average logon time usually takes around 5 seconds
  • Active Directory and SSO are be used to logon to the BI Launchpad
  • Performance Analysis using CA APM Introscope showed no CPU, Memory, Network, or Disk utilization bottleneck during the time when the long logon occurred
