1966232 - In the Invoice Request View the Contract's Line- Item is Missing

In the Invoice Request view the Contract's Line-Item is missing.

1. Go to the Sales Order work center.
2. Go to the Contract view.
3. In the Show field from drop-down select All Contracts and in the Find field enter ABC(where ABC is the Contract name) and click on the Go button.
4. Edit the Contract ABC and go to the Pricing and Invoicing tab and the sub tab Invoice Schedule.
5. Expand the line-item 10.

You can see there is an Invoice Schedule for the date XX.YY.ZZZZ.

1. Go to the Customer Invoicing work center.
2. Go to the Invoice Requests view.
3. In the Show field enter All Invoice Requests and in the Find field enter ABC to search Schedule Invoice Request with reference to Contract ABC for the date XX.YY.ZZZZ.

There is no record founds for Schedule Invoice Request although the date XX.YY.ZZZZ is already reached.

The Schedule Invoice Request with reference to Contract->Items will be available once the Contract->Item is released.

1. Go to the Sales Order work center.
2. Go to the Contract view.
3. Select All Contracts from the drop-down option and in the Find field enter the contract ABC.
4. Edit the Contract ABC and go to Items tab.
5. Select the Contract ->Item 10 and click on the Release button and then Save the Contract.

Once done ,the Contract ->Item will be available in the Invoice Request on the scheduled date.
