1966349 - Empty log files title _<date>_<time>.log in installation root folder

Symptom

  • Observed several empty log files in installation root of BusinessObjects.
  • Many blank, 0 KB files are created in C: (given that SAP BusinessObjects is installed inside C: drive).
  • Format is "_date_time.log", for example: "_10092013_05_15_00.log" for a file created on 10-09-2013 at 5:15am.
