Symptom

Customer resceived the belo error message at the end of the Sybase Unwired platform 2,2 upgrade in the UPInstall log:

  • Sybase Unwired Platform Messaging Server not successfully updated Config Value = ""
  • SUP_HOME\InstallLogs\upgrade\upgrade_unwiredserver.log Shows:
    UPGRADE_ERROR_122
    Upgrade failed.
  • SUP_HOME\Installlogs\UPInstall.log shows:
    Mar 15, 2013 2:59:50 PM), , com.sybase.stf.install.uep.wizardaction.CopyInitConfigFiles, err, Could not copy file C:\Users\3001790\AppData\Local\Temp\1\Temp2_51044121.ZIP\modules\messagingServer\messagingServer_SilentInstall.txt to D:\Sybase\UnwiredPlatform\InstallLogs\silentInstall\messagingServer_SilentInstall.txt ServiceException: (error code = -30017; message = "The system cannot find the file specified.
