1966690 - Android devices cannot enroll due to Cisco ISE crasing when attempting to connect to the Afaria Server.

Android devices are not able to complete enrollment due to the Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE) crashing when attempting to connect to the the Afaria Server. Below are the errors associated with this behavior:

In the Afaria Server logs:

API0000: Fatal Exception: Conversion failed when converting the varchar value 'true' to data type int.

In the Cisco ISE (SP3) / Network Access Control Console (SP4):

1. Error: External MDM Server Connection Failure : Reason is 89003 Failed to connect to MDM server

Description: Connecting to external MDM server failed

Suggested Actions: Please check to make sure the MDM server is up and ISE-MDM API service is running on the MDM server
