1967388 - EPM Add-in: "An item with the same key has already been added" error when Spanish language is set for BPC Web Interface

Symptom

End-user tries to log into a model through EPM Add-in and get the following error:"An item with the same key has already been added".
The mentioned error happens just when Spanish language is set in BPC Web Interface, when English is set it is possible login without error.
