1967408 - Missing change log in info record - future periods, ME11 and direct PO updates

Symptom

You notice that certain changes are not recorded in the change log of the info record.
This can happen in the below situations:

  1. You add a further validity period with new price in the info record.
  2. Changes were made via transaction ME11
  3. Changes were triggered from ME21N/ME22N via the InfoUpdate checkbox.
