Symptom

  • Error when running Metadata Integrator job:
    java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
  • Integrator Hang and then times out. Error in the integrator log:
    [E] Connection timeout: <SQL statement>
    [E] IS Repository connections are hung
    [E] Executing SQL:
    [W] Could not log messages to the Information Steward repository table dbo.MMT_Utility_Log. (COR-10201)
    [E] java.sql.SQLException: Information Steward repository connections are shutting down. (COR-10367)
    [E] Utility failed with code -1,005. (COR-10020)
