1967806 - Can't remove the assigned supplier in the source of supply tab of catalog items

Symptom

The user creates a shopping cart with a catalog item.
When he navigates to the Sources of Supply tab he is not able to remove the assigned supplier. The button "Remove Assigned Supplier" is inactive.
