1967840 - MRP: unexpectedly creates PRs instead of Schedule lines.

You have created a source list with the reference to a contract/schedule agreement.
After the MRP execution, the following symptoms are observed:

1. MRP does not generate the schedule lines as expected;
2. MRP generates purchase requisitions without reference to the contract/schedule agreement;
3. MRP generates purchase requisitions without vendor;
