1968213 - Java stack with valid license still goes down automatically every 30 minutes after restart

Symptom

  • Error in std_serverx.out from work directory:
    The installed license for software product "J2EE-Engine_<DB>" is NOT valid. The concerned component may only run with restricted functionality. In case of "J2EE-Engine" the system will shut down.
    Running SAP J2EE Engine and installed license got from SAP.

     The installed license is NOT valid. The system will shutdown in 30 minutes.

  • Confirmed all licenses have valid status in Visual Administrator(7.0x version) or NWA(7.1x onwards version).

  • However, SAP J2EE Engine system still goes down automatically after restart, and could see red light in NWA(for 7.1x onwards version) and error in defaultTrace.*.trc log.
