1968641 - Trailing sapaces not ignored in DS 4.2 engine comparison

• Incorrect Data Services engine comparison of 2 almost identical rows via DISTINCT where only difference is one field of varchar type haivng a  trailing blank in one row and not in the other – i.e. ‘7000’ and ‘7000 ‘.
• In DS 4.0: Engine Distinct disregards the trailing blank and returns 1 row.
• In DS 4.2: Engine Distinct does not disregard the trailing blank and returns 2 rows.
