  • You have an integration with SAP CRM and SAP Contact Center
  • Second agent does not receive the customer information after a warm transferred from the first agent.
  • Previously confirmed account by the first agent needs to be confirmed again by the second agent after a warm transfer from the first agent to the second agent.
