1969052 - While installing Diagnostics Agent the sapinst fails to launch successfully and gives error ".sdtgui does not exist" and "Error during controller startup"

While attempting to install the Solution Manager Diagnostics Agent, sapinst GUI fails to launch and gives message "guiengine: No GUI server connected; waiting for a connection on host hostname, port 21212 to continue with the installation"

The errors reported are:

[Error] Directory \\hostname\folder\.sdtgui does not exist
[Fatal] Error during controller startup
[Fatal] SL Controller existing
