When upgrading a Data Services repository to a newer version, the upgrade fails with the following:

Error or warning in executing the SQL statement <alter table AL_VARPARAM add PRIMARY KEY (PARENT_OBJID, PARENT_OBJTYPE, VP_NAME, VP_TYPE)>
