1969240 - SUP Service Fails to Start - MobiLink Fails to Start With Unique Primary Key Error in Log

• Sybase Control Center (SCC) displays the error "Failed to connect to Unwired Server. Ensure the server is running."
• Sybase Unwired Server service fails to start with Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
• The SUP server log is not updated.
• The mlsrv12.exe process isn't running.
• The MobiLink (mlsrv12.exe) log, mlsrv_err.log, has errors similar to the following:
