Symptom

SRM system is not working properly with Internet Explorer 11:

  • experiencing white/black screens or fields are grayed out,
  • rendering issues (content, performance),
  • search performance problems (shopping cart, purchase order, confirmation, create confirmation PO search screen etc.), application-related performance problem (opening Survey Package is slow),
  • pages are not displayed in pop-up windows,
  • drop-down list not displayed or displayed partially,
  • buttons and links are not working in POWL.
