1969562 - Microfilmed Medical Records can be borrowed

You use the medical record list. After microfilming a paper record you set the flag 'Microfilmed' in IS-H.
But in the IS-H system it is still possible to request, transfer or borrow a medical record from the archive. As the record is physically not available anymore a request from the archive is only possible with restrictions because the microfilmed record needs to be reproduced again.
Is there a means to prevent requesting, transferring and borrowing a microfilmed record?

Sie setzen die Krankenaktenverwaltung ein. Nach der Mikroverfilmung einer Papierakte im Archiv setzen Sie im IS-H das Kennzeichen 'Mikroverfilmt'. Jedoch ist es im IS-H-System weiterhin möglich, die Akte über das Aktenverzeichnis vom Archiv anzufordern, auszuleihen bzw. weiterzugeben. Da die Akte physisch nicht mehr vorhanden ist, ist die Anforderung im Archiv bedingt möglich, da die mikroverfilmte Akte wieder reproduziert werden muss. 
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Anforderung, Weitergabe und Entleihe bei mikroverfilmten Akten zu unterbinden?
