1969691 - Timezone from managed system could not be retrieved - no configuration found for key (SID/sapj2ee/msgserver/host) - Solution Manager 7.10

Symptom

  • Error: "Timezone of J2EE Engine (GMT) does not match the timezone of the diagnostics agent (Europe/Berlin)" when performing a Managed System Configuration 
  • In addition, E2E Trace Analysis Log tab contains:
    14:55:58 warning  com.sap.sup.admin.e2e.trace.api.util.TracingAgeletGateway.getSmdAgentHandle(...) Connection from SMD Agent <hostname> to system <SID> on host <hostname> failed
