  • Using prompts defined in the Universe in a Web Intelligence report causes WebI Processing Server to restart when selecting prompts out of order
  • This occurs in the Java Clients only (WebI Rich Client & WebI Rich Internet Application / Java Report Panel)
  • Error is produced in the prompt dialog box:
    • Could not retrieve the list of values
    • Details:  java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: com.businessobjects.sdk.core.server.CommunicationException$UnexpectedServerException: An internal error occured while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
