Symptom

  • When you try to open the Designer, the Designer logo windows appears for one second and then disappears. The Designer client application never opens.
  • Note: You input the CMS, userid and password. The list of repositories appear. After you select the repository the Designer does not start.
  • Designer appears to start, but if you edit any object, Designer crashes.
