Symptom

  • Refreshing the Web Intelligence (Webi) report based on multisource universe throws an error:

            "Unable to find the servers in CMS XXXX and cluster XXXX with kind pjs and service CS_CORBA_NetworkLayer. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator."

  • While expanding the connection in data foundation of Multi-source universe shows the same error.
  • The Single-source universe based on web Service works fine.
