1970519 - Error Message "Action START_PROCESSING not possible; action is disabled" While Migrating Projects

When you try to migrate Projects, system throws below error message,

Action START_PROCESSING not possible; action is disabled

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Select Implementation Projects.
3. Open the Migration of Projects activity.
4. Select Migrate projects using the migration tool.
5. Execute the Migration.

The cause for the issue could be that you have not maintained the Account ID in the sheet General in the Migration file

If you mark a Project as Billable then the Account ID is mandatory.

Update the Migration file with the Account ID and try migrating the file again.
