1970526 - How to Maintain Active To date for the Existing Active Systems

you have observed that the Active Systems in Service Control Center is having the Active From date whereas Active To date is empty. You would like to know, how this date can be maintained?. Te Active To date is filled for the Terminated systems.

The reason that the Active systems don't have the Active To date is that we have any specific termination date for those systems. The termination date will be picked when you are terminating the systems.

Hence, this is expected system behavior.

Note: There is a special case when the Active To will be visible for Active Systems. From 1308 release of Business ByDesign, you can have a only one productive system. In case, if you want to have a new productive system and the old productive system will be terminated in 90 days (this will be set from SAP side) from the release of new productive system. In this case, for the old productive system, the Active To date is available.

Note: If you wants to have a new test system then the old test system should be completely decommissioned.
