Symptom

During ABAP export or ABAP import phase of standard system copy - or of Unicode migration - using Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM Tool SAP Note 1680045) with R3load based system copy option the package load fails with the following error, which can be found in the package-logs, (../<sapinst_instdir>/../<SAPTABART>.log):

(TSK) ERROR: file ../sapinst_instdir/../<SAPTABART>.TSK.bck already seems to exist

a previous run may not have been finished cleanly

file ../sapinst_instdir/../<SAPTABART>.TSK.bck possibly corrupted
