Symptom

Client devices(in this instance iOS, but can affect other device types) are unable to register to Sybase Unwired Platform.
- Client MOCA log shows:

24T105113, T3, App Log - Error: 516 Detail: Error sending request to server Native Error: -9 Source: /Users/iotabuilder/svn/Pioneer/MOClients/iPhone/../Common/C/moClient.cpp 1660.

24T105113, T3, SupHandler: invoking ConnectionStateChanged() - A network sniffer trace shows the client device connects to the Apache/Relay Server Box fine and the Apache server returns a http 200 status(ok) to the client. The Apache server then replies with a TCP/P "FIN" to close it's side of the converssation on the next
packet, which is not the correct process.
