1971659 - Fund not determined for Trade Promotion with Account Hierarchy

Symptom

The fund determination is set up in the following customizing path:

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide 
  Customer Relationship Management 
   Funds Management   
    Fund Determination
     Define Fund Determination Profiles

For the fund determination profile used in the trade promotion the attribute 'Account hierarchy' is set to 'ALL_LEVEL - All levels up'.

When the fund determination is executed for the trade promotion the expected fund is not returned, althougt the funds have the correct "Account hierarchy" attribute assigned.
