1971805 - Error: (207) "No trusted root certificates were provided" on dbmlsync when attempting to use TLS or HTTPS via the Microsoft Windows OS Certificate Store

Symptom

In SQL Anywhere 10, when using SQL Anywhere with the MobiLink SQL Anywhere Client Utility (dbmlsync) on Microsoft Windows platforms with Transport Layer Security (TLS) or HTTPS via the Microsoft Windows operating system certificate store (i.e. the MobiLink network protocol option 'trusted_certificates' is not set to a value), the MobiLink client may receive MobiLink communication error 207 when attempting to connect to the MobiLink server:

  207 - SECURE_NO_TRUSTED_ROOTS - "No trusted root certificates were provided"
