1971933 - Unable to view reports in Safari browser on ipad/iphone or Android tabs/phones while using BO XI 3.1 or BI 4.x

Symptom

  • Try to access launchpad/infoview or CMC URL in Safari browser on any mobile device.
  • The page structure does not fit.
  • The report, lov's are not displayed in correct way as seen in launchpad on windows or linux machines.
  • Page not displayed.
  • Report pages get trimmed or the text is trimmed at the end of page.
  • Behaviour of reports in SAP BI mobile app for iOS or Android device works fine.
  • Not applicable for safari browsers on Mac OS.
  • Report dialogs / filters / prompts appear outside of the screen
