1972097 - EPM Add-in: Models not Displayed for User Access from BPC Web

• When the user selects the 'EPM Office Add-in Excel' from BPC web start page, the following error message is displayed with no models to select:
  
  "You must change your password.
  
  Click on OK to open th Planning and Consolidation Web Portal in order to change your password or click on Cancel to abort the logon process.!

• When click on OK, it just opens a new tab for BPC and just repeats the process. 
• The Connection Manager screen also opens every time the password change is requested and it is empty, showing no models

• Select ok to change password and the same message is displayed again.
