1972243 - "Invalid Members [DIMENSION]=DimensionID" when executing LOAD_DELTA_IP process chain

Symptom

When executing data load with /CPMB/LOAD_DELTA_IP process chain the data load finishes with "Warning" status and the log has the following information:

Task name APPEND LOAD DELTA INFOPROVIDER:
Submit count:
Reject count:
model: Package status: WARNING"

At the rejected data page of the log are some examples of the rejected data with the following error: "Invalid Members [DIMENSION]=DimensionID". [DIMENSION] is a valid Dimension in the model and "DimensionID" is a valid member for the load delta.

Validating and processing the transformation file does not result in any rejected records, but when the process chain is executed to load the data the records are rejected.
