1972899 - FCO-00011 The step CopyJDBCDriver with step key - Error in Software Provisioning Manager

During installation of SAP system or target system installation of system copy using sapinst (SWPM tool, SAP note 1680045) sapinst failed in the step CopyJDBCDriver.

Sapinst_dev.log contains the following lines:
