After migrating %DS_COMMON_DIR% from the default location to an new location, the following error message occurs when starting Data Services Designer.  "Error in initialization of Designer: Cannot open file <%DS_COMMON_DIR%\tracelog.txt>. Check its path and permissions. The application will be terminated. (BODI-1270012)
