Running job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR cause poor system performance.

Following symptom can be found in system

1) T-code SM50 

    Most work processes be occupied by report CL_ICF_TREE===================CP

2) T-code ST03N -> collector and performance DB -> workload collector -> Instance collector -> log

    You can see red light with error details,

•  An exception occurred in BADI
•  An exception with the type CX_SY_RANGE_OUT_OF_BOUNDS occurred, but was neither handled locally nor declared by a clause RAIS
