1973497 - SPAM/SAINT error message: Currently runs an update process started by the Software Update manager

Symptom

  • Attempting an import using the SPAM/SAINT an error occurs
  • While defining the import queue an error message is displayed:

    "Currently runs an update process started by the Software Update Manager (SUM)" or "The system is currently updated using the Software Update Manager (SUM)"

  • The SPAM/SAINT import cannot be continued.
  • In the case of using the "CRM ADDON MANAGER", below error occurs:

    ERROR: " queue locked "
