When trying to add an additional query to an existing Webi document using the RIA you get an error:

com.sap.webi.client.toolkit.preferences.InternalStoreSystemException: File /Users/xxxx/.businessobjects/preferences/applet/myserver.com_18080/mrulist/useddatasources.persistent no found...

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /Users/xxxx/.businessobjects/preferences/applet/myserver.com_18080/mrulist/useddatasources.persistent (Operation not permitted)
