1973532 - JCO connection fails with connector error in Information Design Tool (IDT)

Symptom

  • While testing JCO connection created on BW throws error in IDT: "com.sap.connectivity.cs.java.drivers.DBDError: [Data Federator Driver] [Server] Connector ‘testSourceConnection1391111820078’ reported an exception which is not a connector exception: java.lang.IllegalStateException:com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$OCAFramework: Unable to reconnect to the CMS. The session has been logged off or has expired. (FWM 01002)"
  • While clicking on browse to select info providers in connection: "Could not retrieve InfoProvider tables from data source."
