1974053 - Bootstrap must be called through the Startup Framework with the appropriate parameters

The SAP application server JAVA fails due to the bootstrap process failing and the below error is logged in the trace files (dev_bootstrap and std_bootstrap) :

ERROR => Node 'bootstrap' failed with exit code 66. Please see section 'Failures in the 'synchronizing binaries' phase' * in SAP Note 1316652 for additional information and trouble shooting advice. INFO: Start [Bootstrap module]> Bootstrap must be called through the Startup Framework with the appropriate parameters!!!
