1974262 - "Object is locked at present" error on saving in planning book

Symptom

liveCache lock is used for the planning area. There are two sessions processing time series data from the same planning area / planning version. They are exclusively locking different set of CVCs.  
On saving in one of the sessions, "Object is locked at present" error (Message No. /SAPAPO/OM041) happens, and data cannot be saved.
